Make your Polaris Pro R fuel system more reliable

The Evolution Powersports (EVP) billet aluminum fuel rail is designed as a direct replacement for the stock fuel rail of the 2022+ Polaris RZR Pro R.

⚠️ A stock rail that can become a weak point

The Pro R's stock rail is not made of plastic: it is made of thin metal and uses a long 3/8" SAE male fitting.

EVP indicates that chassis flex and vibrations can put stress on this fitting. A failure could lead to a fuel leak directly into the engine bay.

The EVP rail replaces this assembly with:

EVP provides a fitting that connects to the 3/8" EFI Quick Connect OEM system.

The second configuration is offered with a -8AN adapter.

The rail has -8 threads, allowing you to replace the stock supply with a larger diameter hose and build a fuel system fully adapted to major upgrades.

The other end of the rail is also threaded in -8.

This architecture makes it easier to convert the system to a return-style setup, a configuration commonly used on race vehicles and builds requiring higher fuel flow.

In its OEM configuration, EVP also provides a -8AN plug to block the return.

🔧 New injector retention system

EVP has also eliminated the stock injector clips, which were considered difficult to install and remove.

They are replaced by a system using:

✔ Flat spring steel clips

✔ Individual retention for each injector

➡️ Removing and reinstalling injectors is therefore simplified during maintenance or performance upgrades.
