Reliabilize and improve your Maverick X3 fuel system

The Evolution Powersports (EVP) billet aluminum fuel rail is a direct replacement for the stock plastic fuel rail on the Can-Am Maverick X3.

Developed from EVP’s experience in racing and large turbo builds, it offers a much more robust construction as well as higher volume than the stock rail. It can also be used with a standard non-return fuel system or with a return-style system.

⚙️ 6061-T6 Billet Aluminum

The stock Maverick X3 fuel rail is made of plastic. EVP replaces it with a 6061-T6 aluminum part, which is much better suited to the stresses encountered in competition and on heavily modified vehicles.

The EVP fuel rail is offered by 4Krawl Products in two configurations, in order to adapt to both a near-stock vehicle and a full fuel system build.

🔹 OEM connection version

This version allows you to keep the stock fuel line and connection.

✔ Ideal for improving the reliability of a vehicle with a stock fuel system

➡️ The recommended choice when the main objective is to replace the plastic rail with a reinforced aluminum one.

🔹 AN-6 connection version

For more extensive builds, the rail is also available with an AN-6 connection.

This configuration notably allows for a switch to a 3/8" fuel feed, compared to 5/16" for the stock feed. EVP developed this option for its very high-power builds, especially those running on E85.

➡️ The AN-6 version is particularly recommended when the entire fuel system is being modified to increase flow.

Unlike the first generation of EVP rails, the new design can operate:

✔ In a non-return (dead head) configuration

✔ In a return-style configuration

This versatility allows the fuel supply system to be upgraded according to the vehicle's level of modification.

🏁 Developed for high power

EVP explains that they developed this rail in particular because of the needs encountered on their large turbo and drag racing vehicles.

On configurations exceeding 500 hp and running on alcohol-based fuels such as E85, the necessary flow becomes very high and the stock 5/16" feed can become a limitation.

Switching to AN-6 with a 3/8" feed then makes it possible to adapt the system to the requirements of these extreme builds.

⚠️ Installing the rail alone obviously does not allow you to reach these power levels: the entire system must be sized accordingly.

🔧 New injector retaining system

This new generation also benefits from a new injector clip system.

EVP developed it to simplify assembly and eliminate the difficulties encountered with the stock clips.
