Make your Maverick R fuel system more reliable

The Evolution Powersports (EVP) billet aluminum fuel rail is a direct replacement for the stock plastic rail on the Can-Am Maverick R.

EVP developed this part to achieve two goals: eliminate a weak point in the original fuel system and increase the available volume to properly supply the two injectors per cylinder when fuel demands are high.

⚠️ A plastic stock rail

The stock Maverick R rail is made of plastic and uses a long SAE 3/8" male fitting.

According to EVP, chassis movement and the stresses exerted by the fuel line can strain this fitting. In the event of a rupture, fuel can be sprayed into the engine compartment, creating a significant risk.

EVP therefore replaces this assembly with:

The EVP rail is entirely CNC-machined from billet aluminum and then finished with a black anodized coating.

⛽ 30% more fuel volume

The EVP rail has an internal volume 30% greater than the stock rail.

The second version allows you to switch directly to an -8AN connection.

The rail is threaded for -8 on both sides, which offers many more possibilities for building a high-performance fuel system.

The other end of the rail also features an -8 connection, making it easy to create a return-style fuel system.

This type of setup is used notably on BITD / SCORE competition vehicles and on builds requiring a high fuel flow rate.

🔧 New injector retention system

EVP has also revised the injector mounting system.

The OEM clips, which are sometimes difficult to install and remove, are replaced by a system using:
