On prepared HDJ80s (lifted, wide tires, intensive off-road use), the original bump stops and their mounts quickly reach their limits: violent bottoming out, cup deformation, and structural chassis fatigue.

Structural reinforcement of the original spring mount

The bolt-on mount is specifically designed to:

• reinforce the original spring cup,
