Improve airflow and performance of the Maverick X3

The Evolution Powersports (EVP) HFI High Flow Intake kit replaces the stock filtration system of the Can-Am Maverick X3 to reduce restrictions and provide the turbocharger with a greater and more consistent airflow.

The stock airbox, with its enclosed design, limits flow and generates turbulence at the compressor inlet. These restrictions become particularly penalizing when power and boost pressure are increased.

The HFI – High Flow Intake system combines a high-flow filter, a pre-filter, and a tapered silicone hose to improve intake efficiency.

🚀 Up to +10 hp depending on the configuration

The increased airflow allows the turbocharger to operate with less restriction and improves its spooling.

Measured gains vary depending on the power and level of preparation:

+5 to 10 hp with stock turbo

The HFI also allows for faster turbocharger spooling, improving throttle response.

A turbocharger functions optimally when the air reaching its inlet encounters as few restrictions as possible.

The stock airbox generates both restriction and turbulence, two phenomena that progressively limit performance as the requested flow increases.

The HFI uses a much freer architecture with a silicone hose featuring a progressive diameter reduction.

An EVP pre-filter is also included to provide a first barrier against dust and particles.

The reduction in intake restrictions also allows for greater enjoyment of the turbocharger sound.

Turbo operation becomes more audible with the HFI, while the included foam insert for the CVT duct helps reduce some of the noise coming from the clutch.
