Replacement filter for EVP HFI intake

This replacement filter is specifically designed for the EVP HFI high-flow intake kit for the Can-Am Maverick R.

The main filter uses a dry-flow paper filter medium.

➡️ The ideal solution for maintaining and preserving the filtration performance of your EVP HFI intake.

🌬️ High-flow HFI filter

The main filter uses a high-performance paper filter medium providing excellent filtration capacity while maintaining the airflow required for the HFI system.

Unlike oiled synthetic filters, it operates entirely dry.

Advantages:

✔ No oiling required
✔ No specific products to apply
✔ Excellent filtration capacity
✔ Airflow adapted to the HFI intake
✔ Particularly beneficial in dusty environments

Dry filtration also prevents sand and dust from clumping on an oil layer present on the filter.

🧹 HFI filter maintenance

Maintenance frequency should be adapted to the vehicle's usage conditions.

More frequent inspection is required when used in:

✔ Dry sand
✔ Dust
✔ Dirt
✔ Gravel
✔ Snow
✔ Group rides in dusty environments

The main filter can be gently tapped to dislodge significant dust accumulations present in the paper medium.

It is also important to regularly check the clean side of the filter. A trace of dust there may indicate a leak in the intake system.

In case of damage to the filter medium, the filter must be replaced and any potential air leak must be eliminated before installing the new filter.

⚠️ Replacement parts only

This product is not a complete intake kit.

It only allows for the replacement of the main filter on a Maverick R already equipped with the EVP HFI high-flow intake kit.

The complete HFI kit includes the intake system, the filter, the pre-filter, and the various components necessary for its installation.
